Upon choosing your tour date and time, a 20% deposit is required to be paid via PayPal. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt and a voucher confirmation for your excursion. Please present a printed voucher (or PDF version on your smartphone) to the guide at the beginning of the tour. The outstanding amount is to be settled with the tour guide after the tour.
Tour will not be canceled due to bad weather conditions and money will not be refunded.
We pick up our guests at the address that you filled in a booking form or at the nearest possible location that is easily accessible by car. The driver/guide will wait up to 30 minutes after the time the booking was made for. If we are unable to make contact with the guest (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number) we will cancel the tour and the guest will be responsible for the full cost.
You have a right to a full refund if you cancel for any reason 48h before the tour date.
You can alter your excursion with us by sending changes you want to make by e-mail dubrovnik-tours@outlook.com and receiving our confirmation.
Price does not include travel insurance and we take no responsibility for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings. We recommend each traveler to purchase their own travel insurance before going on vacation.
Feel free to send an e-mail with your complaint to dubrovnik-tours@outlook.com. We will attempt to resolve your issue in the shortest possible time. We suggest whenever possible, to make your complaint immediately to your tour guide or driver, during or after the tour.
Dubrovnik Premium Wine Tours is run by a legal Travel Agency run by Doria Ltd., Vukovarska 30, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatian VAT ID 91315521528. Founders and owners are Dubrovnik locals and experienced tour guides (Stjepan, Ivo, and Josip).
By accepting this agreement the client agrees that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
